Pelikan Edelstein Inks

I think these are a fairly new range from Pelikan. I’m missing 4 samples from the range: Amber, Aquamarine, Garnet and Turmaline (if anyone has some spare samples of those inks – please get in touch). These are quite lovely and respond well to the test. As you can see, all of the tested samples reveal hidden pigments and all react with bleach in a variety of ways from deep ochre golds to white neon. They also write well, with a constant flow through the nib.

  1. Ahh all the colours you are looking for are their limited release ones. I hadn’t stopped to consider that it was time for a new jewel ink…..and if I understand correctly, the aquamarine won’t be released until February. If you can’t get your hands on garnet from closer to home let me know. 😉
